Dnp use as an office worker was created by Wrestler
Would someone who works in an office be able to take dnp covertly?

Or would the sides be too noticeable?

In summer you will make a fool of yourself. Winters can be touch and go, depends on your system

and

For someone asking stupid questions like this and considering DNP is pure stupidity

By covertly, as long as you don't take it on the premises, just hope you have AC that goes down low and a water fountain nearby.

By your post count and nature of the question I'm going to assume you are a newbie to this game. If that's the case I seriously reading up on DNP so you can scare some sense into yourself.

Personally I don't think this question deserves it's own thread, search thread history and you'll see what some experienced user go through to make DNP work.

Well done, you got a harsher response out of me than Oupa ;) Take care mate, look into something safer.

I have done my research with regard to dnp. My concerns mainly being any permanent unknown side effects and if I could use it at work without looking sick/poisoned. Currently sitting on the fence about using it.

I am cutting now and honestly looking for a short cut as I have 30kg to drop.

Yes I am new to this that's why I am asking, for your guys experience.

I do appreciate the concern for my health.

Guys please give me some more knowledge.

Why is t3 used so often for cutting and not dnp when both work by the same mechanism by uncoupling in the mitochondria and releasing that energy as heat.

Side effects wise t3 seems worse because it is far more suppressive on the thyroid gland which can cause permanent shutdown whilst dnp effects are harsh but only short term. Also t3 use can cause muscle waisting but dnp seems to have a protein sparing effect.

Additional benefits wise t3 increases receptor sensitivity but after finishing dnp cycles people tend to put muscle on in a short time span indicating a similar perhaps even more anabolic effect.

My logic tells me that dnp is just used in a must higher dosage usually than t3 that's why it's side effects are more profound. I think t3 is far stronger and much more potent/dangerous on an mg to mg basis. T3 dosage 50-100mcg vs dnp 200-600mg.

Thus dnp in my opinion should be safe at low dosages around 50mg (I dunno no information on low dose dnp cycles).

Would you guys agree with this?

Thanks in advance for helping also most likely won't take any of the above due to side effects/possible permanent damage, was just curious is all.

I'll edumacate you some mind knowledge. :) Pay attention friend.

T3 is hormonal, Dinitro is not hormonal. That alone is a massive difference. DNP makes the ADP-ATP ineffective, thus your body works harder to complete the same tasks, thus you get hotter. T3 is a metabolism regulator. With DNP heat is a byproduct of the process. With T3, heat is the process.

I'm not sure of the exact ratio, but I recall that T3 is so catabolic it breaks down fat at the same rate as muscle (if no anabolics are taken). DNP is much less harmfull for muscle. I'll try get the numbers again but I think it was 9:1.

They are different substances entirely. You cannot compare chemical dosages like that, that
is completely reckless. T3 is a pharmaceutical drug used to treat hypothyroidism, DNP is an industrial dye and insecticide. It's like comparing apples to drain-cleaner.

Wrestler wrote: Thus dnp in my opinion should be safe at low dosages around 50mg (I dunno no information on low dose dnp cycles).

Ok, the minimum effective dose, and maximum lethal dose are extremely close together with DNP. Read that again. That means for it to work it's fat-loss magic, it needs to be above a certain threshold. And passing that threashold only allows a small window of safety before you cook yourself dead. That's why you don't see cycles of 50mg doses, because it doesn't do shit. 250mg-750mg is the effective range, but 750mg is serious borderline-deathwish IMO.

If you don't have the book, check out William Llewellyn's Anabolic's . It's a bit old school and not all the books sections are online, but it's a good start. There are many PED profiles on the internet out there that are also good I'm sure.

Hope it helps.

DNP is used for contest prep, dropping from high to low single digit bodyfat. If you use it to drop 30kg, you will either die or pick it up again within a week. It's a lot nastier than cardio or eating at a deficit :D

Dude these guys know what they're talking about, DNP looks all good on paper but it's a huge strain on your body.

I was also in the position that I had to lose weight, here's the secret:
Coffee cup size portions
No carbs at all
Lots of water
Cardio
No processed foods
Self discipline

Took me 10 months to lose those 34kg.

I personally have not tried DNP but was very tempted.

I can relate to where you coming from. I lost 52kgs in a period of 2 years. What I realized is there is only two reasons to be overweight. One is over eating and the second is hormonal imbalance. If overeating is not you issue, I suggest you see a good endocrinologist. The visit to the Endo was a life changing event.

Shortcuts are never a good idea.
Do what Jono did.

I've lost 15kg from 2017/01/09 till 2017/06/01 by just cutting out carbs and sugar.
I haven't even managed to hit the gym hard in that time.

During the first 2 months I didn't touch carbs, then in the third month I had one cheat day. I try stick to eating no carbs during the week and maybe something carby one weekend a month (like for my birthday we chowed sushi).

It's not "easy", but once you start seeing results discipline gets a little easier.

Do yourself a favour and lose weight the right way as opposed to trying a quick fix. You might end up losing so much weight that you end up weighing as much as an urn full of ash.

If you are going to take DNP do it in the winter, don't over dress, don't eat carbs, and have a emergency plan to cool down your core temperature. Most likely if you respond well to DNP and take a low does, provided the prior is done nobody should notice and your body heat should be manageable

DISCLAIMER
*** I can't state this enough this is not any form of advice or encouragement, DNP can be deadly and is not for human consumption***

RadRage revived this old thread in June, before that last post was Feb. OP is either dead or forgot about us, either way there is no real point bumping this thread unless OP posts again.

Dnp has become quite a staple in most prep coaches drug protocols in the USA. There are quite a few top name coaches that cycle dnp during the time off of Clenbuterol. I am not going to mention names but one of these coaches aND pro's only went pro due to DNP usage for obtaining some really gnarly conditioning.

Dnp at low dosing can be incredibly effective, without producing those crazy nasty side effects, how ever the quality of the dnp here and the dnp around the other parts of the world seems to be quite chalk and cheese. In sa we seem to get told the dnp is 200mg per capsule but on use it is clear to see that they are 100mg capsules. Which isn't a bad thing for the user as most guys will only go up to 400ng but in fact they are only getting 200-250MG dosing due to the smaller dosing of the caps obtained here.

The biggest thing with dnp is you need to get in your electrolytes so that you don't risk the imbalances which can cause massive water retention around the heart and potential hypocalemia which is the loss of potassium which can lead to muscles not fully contracting including your heart.

With dnp just because you aren't bursting into flames each time you eat doesn't mean that your dnp is not working. With the low dosing you won't get the nasty side effects but the benefits can be quite noticeable. Also at the low dosing you won't get the extreme lethargy that you will get from dosing that's higher than 300mg.

The way to run it is to run 2 weeks dnp and yohimbine and then 2 weeks Clen and yohimbine and cycle on and off. Running the low dosing and cycling on and off means that you can continually burn fat with out feeling like ass. It is also suggested that taking 20-40mcg of t3 during the cycles due to the fact that dnp lowers thyroid levels.

I know that there isn't alot of people that will give you information about insulin and Dnp and insulin on this forum as there is a lot of potential side effects. But with the right information you can use these things safely if you don't go full retard with dosing.

Rather get yourself educated fully on dnp before you play around with it. On the meso-rx forum there is a thread called how not to fuck up on dnp. It is very very informative. Just make sure you research the fuck out of it. And when in doubt dont. So if you think you can go up in dosing rather run on the side of caution and stay on lower dosing. Simple as that. But again, please educate yourself as well as be cautious on dnp.

Yes I have Jono77. I have experimented with arrange of doses, from 200mg-600mg. Done short high dose cycles, and done long low dose cycles. I have done 6 weeks at 200mg before whilst using Clen and yohimbine and t3 on that dosing, I have always used it on cycle. I have done the usual 200mg for 4 days, then 400mg for 10days. I have done it quite a few different ways and like I said, it is not something that you don't want to mess around on. 600mg is just insane for anyone considering it. You really need to air on the side of caution when even going above 400mg. 600mg makes you feel like complete ass and you feel like you are a melting ice cream. I lasted 3 days on that dosing in winter with aircon on and still sweated my ass off. Not something you want to do. Also the insomnia is just horrendous too.

As stated above, quite a few contest prep guys are using Dnp with clients, especially physique and figure girls, they will use dnp for the first 3 weeks of a dieting phase, which is why alot of these women get these amazing 4 week transformations at the start of a prep. But these are the type of coaches going up to 200mcg of t3 with women to get them into gnarly conditioning. If anyone needs to go higher than 75-100mcg of t3 you need to hire a new prep guy.

The higher dosing makes you feel like ass and depletes you of electrolytes quite quickly. So it is risky. That is why I suggest that using lower dosing in cycles.

I have had a few clients run it for contest prep too, obviously they were addiment on doing shows and were really off the mark when they wanted to do the show, but after a 16 week prep there was insane transformation. As suggested above the cycles were 2 weeks on Clen and yohimbine and t3, and then 2 weeks on DNP and yohimbine and t3. I know there is loads of people that like to use betasleep or ketofin when running Clenbuterol, but I am still very much a firm believer of running Clen at a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle.

But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you are going to use dnp, educate yourself on the anti oxidants and the electrolytes that you need to be using whilst DNP. Also do not use anything that is a form of diuretic, even dandelion root. You just don't want to risk any chance of electrolyte imbalances when running DNP.alcohol or narcotics are a complete No no on this substance, and actually should be a no no on any dieting or muscle buidling programs.

And one thing I am also going to add. DNP is not a magical drug or tapeworm. You still need to diet and train hard and do your cardio whilst using dnp. But also throw out doing HIIT cardio on dnp. Normal low/moderate intensity cardio is perfect when using dnp. And I can't stress this enough, just because you don't feel like you are lucifers right hand man when eating, doesn't mean that your dnp is not working. It will be working even though you don't get major side effects. Be careful and use responsibly.
