Diet Help and Proposals was created by jacques83
Hi,

My stats are currently,

Weight: 125kg
Height: 178cm
Age: 33
Fat %: ? overweight/obsessed

I just want some advice on the current diet that I'm following, is there perhaps something that can be changed or some improvements. Would also like to get some alternatives for some of the food.

Also is the supplements that was recommended really necessary? Should I rather take something else?

I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week but most times I get 5 days in the gym for around an hour to an hour and half. I vary my exercise days with (Day 1 and 4)chest and back, (Day 2 and 5)shoulders and arms, (Day 3)legs.

Meal 1: (06:00)

Omlette of 4-6 egg whites and mushrooms

10 - 15 min later

1x CLA
1x Flaxseed Oil
1x Probiotic
1x Multivitamin
500mg Vitamin C
250mg Calcium

Meal 2: (09:00)

150g hake
120g Basmati Rice

Meal 3 (12:00)

180g Chicken breast
120 - 150g Gem squash

Meal 4 (15:00)

150g Hake
120g Sweet potato

10 min later

1x CLA
1x Flaxseed Oil

Meal 5 (19:00)

180g Chicken breast, hake or salmon (once a week 250 -300g beef fillet)
120-150g green beans or gem squash
Or a salad

10 min later

1x CLA
1x Flaxseed Oil

Good luck with your journey, take it one day at a time. Try your best everyday, and you will improve everyday. Don't make excuses, or leave anything for "tomorrow"... Today is the day, and the only thing you need to focus on. You need to lose 40-50kgs and the only way you will do it is by being more active than what you eat. I'd suggest you buy a fitbit tracker, count calories, be obsessive about it. Walk everywhere, swim, and do cardio on the stationary bike if you can. Cut out all sugars, and bread, as little carbs as you can. Sorry to be so blunt, but if you are that fat you probably have mental challenges too. Do some research and get yourself some nootropics for your brain, it will help you focus. All sodas, chips, fats and sugars need to go. Replace those with health options first, before you even try and diet or get fancy... Good luck, you CAN do it.

Perfect advice.

i encourage people to watch "The Sugar Film"... should help you change your eating habits and shows which "healthy options" are not that good to begin with.
