Ek sê maar net, met so veel GBB as jy sny. Ou Bul, 40g Black Cat (yellow label) kom daar 245 kalorieë.
Ek bash nie GBB nie, ek hou juis baie daarvan. Di's hoekom ek dit nooit eet nie! Hahahaha! FML....

That's 1kg unsweetened for 60 bucks.

But expect it come Christmas!
@Furk: I don't agree hey I think PB has its place in a cut. All the right fats, amazing taste, and mix with whey for some dessert.

With regards to pb on a cut, fat is the most energy dense of the macros, so decreasing fat intake is an easy way to make large changes to your overall energy intake. For a cut, fat should be 0.9 to 1.3 g per kg of lean body mass. People with higher levels of body fat will do better with closer to 1.3g and leaner people 0.9. This is due to insulin sensitivity.
Now, if you are getting most of your protein from real food sources, and you eat anything other than only chicken breasts, You gonna get enough fat with your steak, mutton, fish, dairy, that you shouldn't really find a need to have to supplement fat intake with stuff like pb and olive oil etc.
On a bulk though, that's another story.

This is just BS! How did you come up with this rule??

It's not a rule, it's a matter of preference and how I and a few other coaches set up macros for clients.
You can't cut fats lower than 0.9 grams per kg of LBM, it will create hormonal issues. But you don't need very much more than that of your total calories from fats to maintain health either.
On a cut generally protein 2 to 3g per kg LBM, fats like I said 0.9 to 1.3 and the rest from carbs.
So why preference to carbs over fat, (remember this is on a cut)
1. You need enough carbs as fuel to be able to workout hard enough to maintain muscle mass.
2. Higher carb diets are less restrictive and so easier to maintain in the long term
3. Fats are very metabolically close to our own body fat and so are easier than carbs to convert to body fat if you do over do it.
Whatever I have said yes is debatable but it's not rules it's guidelines and at the end of the day a matter of preference - yes as long as you are in a deficit you will loose weight.
