Hi Bud.
Most don't really comment on diets anymore because if it doesn't work the user some times points fingers back at us... Often we don't appreciate the time and effort and knowledge that goes into working out a effective cutting/recompositioning diet... I was also guilty of this did not realise the effort Furk and Pyroclasm put in on my behalf and that in the beginning of my journey they actually spoon fed me. I did not appreciate it or understand the time and efforts the put in on my behalf and instead of learning reading digging and searching on my own I criticised...

The best I can say is read the diet stickies. Calculate your Maintenance Calories and eat less than that to loose...

It is on you. It always has been...

Yeah I was also very self conscious about it.

Like Pump stated in a previous thread "If you never had drains then all that was done was the lump and a bit of fatty (female) tissue cut out."

Either way it makes a huge difference, I have not cycled again after the surgery but the usual stuff that irritated my gyno does not have an effect anymore like beer and fast foods.

So if I go for the surgery I should have drains if it's done properly? Just trying to read up on this stuff,my appointment is booked week after this Tuesday.

That's awesome to hear brother!! Is there any way that they could do a prosesure that would completely inhibit the chance of getting gyno again?

Trarex will you ever cycle again?

By draining I think he means liposuction. Do that would be excision of tissue and fat sucked out.

Another option mentioned a lot less is removal of the mammary gland entirely. Then gynocomastia will never (cannot) occur. Honestly, never had gyno before but I want to get this done before I try Tren.

Damn that gland removal sounds like a great idea,I'll speak to the doc when I see him and I'll let you guys known roughly how much it is for that operation. I have an idea that I'm very prone to bitch tits from what I've experienced in my teen years and in my cycles so complete removal sound like the best idea for me

May not be a bad option for you, I've seen lots and people get concave nipples from the procedure . Not sure if it's always the case though.

I believe that happens when the gland is removed without reconstructing/trimming the areola.

I have had a macectomy and I have had gyno return. You cannot remove the 'gland' as your entire pec is the gland.

Ah shit :/ I guess I'll speak to the doc and see what he says..my GP recommend him saying he can motivate it enough for the medical aid to cover it(crossing fingers) should I tell him about my gear use or not?

If it was that easy I would have done it years ago! :P

Been doing some research on the gland removal and it seems like doctors remove only 80-90% of the gland, there is one doctor in NY who says he removes the entire gland and fills the space with a silicon ball just behind the nipple. I'll see what my doc says what's best but I'm really hoping for gland removal, even if the whole gland isn't removed there will be less receptors that can react to the estrogen

So I went to the doc yesterday, we decided to do the gland removal not the entire thing,he said the price would be roughly R31 000 and I would be out of the gym for about 4 weeks and back to work in a few days..I'll get a hold of my medical aid during the week otherwise if they can't approve it I'll have to sell a few things but it needs to be done :D

Thanks to you guys mostly,I had the knowledge to ask him a lot of questions

Go well
