Awehnis.

So I did a search found no recipe thread so I decided this should be a good idea for the dieting and pre-contest oaks to post some ideas on tasty low-carb meals.

Gooi! B)

Lets go!

She weighs everything for me my broccoli. Green beans. Brussels sprouts and spinach. Those are the only veggies I consume on a low carb cut. She weighs all my meat. She also knows how to use a calorie tracker like fat secret and my fitnesspal. I am not a my fitness pal fan though... She supports me in everything I do or attempt so no doubt I am blessed to have her in my life. But for some reason she is pushing me more towards being natural. With the Exception of ECA and Yohimbine and SARMS and GW... Baffled

Brocolli/Cauliflower Mash: (1person and 1serving only)
Prep and Cooking time: 8 minutes

100g Brocolli (cooked in microwave for 2minutes without water)
1tbsp Butter
20ml Milk/Cream
A pinch of Salt and Pepper for taste
Mix it all together in a blender, a hand blender works better though.

The same goes for the Cauliflower, I don't eat veggies myself, but from the feedback I get, everyone loves it, especially the Cauliflower. And as RB likes it. Use halve Brocolli and halve Cauliflower.

Can I send my woman for boot camp? She cooks like a Masterchef but has no clue about cutting food or keto.
