Hi all
So I'm going to try a diet and post my results,
I need something to hold me accountable so I'm going to be posting updates weekly.
Lets start with stats:
Age: 16
Height: 186 cm
Weight: 82 kgs
bf: 16-18%
Il be waying myself twice a week and I think 2100 cals is a good place to start at.
My diets something like this:
Diet

Protein shake 1 Serving 25 1.5 3 130
Casein Protein 1 Serving 24 1 3 120
need to add 150 cals, possibly il ad in some almonds or a low sugar sauce.
I need to stick to some kind of diet like this due to budget right now( carbs are way cheaper than protein)
so no keto for now
My goals to get down to 10% Body fat. Then run a basic bulking cycle. My long term goal is 90Kgs @ 10% bf.
I workout 5 days a week, might drop this to 4 days a week depending on energy levels.
Any advice before I start commiting fully to this? Going to officially start on 21/03/2016

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

For some variety, throw in some 90/10 beef mince. You can pick it up for around R60/kg which is really not all that bad IMO. Consider some wholewheat pasta & sweet potato for some carb variety as they are both cheap as well.
With the mince you can make homemade burger patties or add it to a pasta or curry. Just chicken gets super boring real quick IMO. Even a cottage pie with sweet potato
Try find a way to enjoy your food, or you will hate your diet and will struggle to stick to it!

wrap the sweet potato in foil and stick it on the fire, or in the oven. and put some cinnamon over it before or after cooking.
