Carb and fat alternate was created by Hudlim031
Hi all,

I am planning my new diet and want to get some opinions on the following question.

Will a weekly alternation of carbs and fats be effective for keeping lean mass (and still gaining some) whilst losing fat.

Just some background info and stats:

I have been training for more than 4 year continuously with 2 big cycles under the belt. Current stats are:
Weight 86kg
height 180cm
bf 11% (Judging)

I am planning a diet that will alternate between higher fats with low carb and higher carb with lower fats on a weekly basis.

It should look something like this:

Week 1 (High fat and low carb)
Protein - 330g
Carbs - 90g
Fats - 120g

Bringing calories to 2760

Week 2 (high carb and low fat)
Protein - 330g
Carbs - 250g
Fat 50g

Bringing calories to around the same as above

Carbs will be structured around training.

My goal is to get a bit leaner while maintaining the muscle I have now and adding some more. I will be going on a test and tren cycle around may with the same diet. I am planning to maybe get on stage later.

Any advice would be appreciated. I know there are some diet experts on here.

Thanks in advance.
