Yohimbine or not - for a male was created by Harryf
Hi Everyone!
I've been reading (and reading and reading...) and have not had that Eureka! moment regarding what to do to lose some of the body fat around my waist, upper/inner thighs and glutes (not hips). I do not really have love handles.
I am considering looking at Yohimbine as an oral supplement and would like some input, please.
Let me start off by saying that I am NOT on any diet. "I would give up on chocolates, but am no quitter", the freezer magnet echoes my sentiments. I am 1.89m tall and my weight varies between 87 and 90kg, dependent on whether I eat sensibly or not. It's been doing this for probably 5 years, now. I am used to drinking about 1 - 1.5l of water (mixed 1 water to +-6 Oros to break the taste of the water...) daily. I do not really eat junk stuff - I just do not diet.
I do mountain biking in an informal way - short duration interval kind of stuff 2-3 times a week in the evenings (1.5 to 2hrs) and 60-100km on a Saturday (3-5hrs) with maybe some single track playfulness on a Sunday (1-2hrs. I keep telling myself that I can eat more than I should "'cause I exercise" hahaha
I know that no one should resort to chemicals to make up for ill discipline and will accept any finger pointing in this regard. Still, would it be possible to help me with something to help me drop to between 84 and 87kg and keep up with the Jones's on the steep uphills?
I do not really want to use products containing Ephedrine, though, as its pain dampening properties and pushing myself into a heart attack have me concerned when chasing those Jones's up those hills... Nor would I like to take Clenbuterol, as I'd tried it before (got it from my daughter when she stopped taking it) and also did not like the shakes I got from it. But, I will consider the Clenbuterol if you recommend it. I considered using T3 until I read about the muscle wasting taking place and then started wondering again... Until I read about Anavar...
I then read about Yohimbine (which I do not want to inject... sorry - narrowing it down again!) and what it does - but it seems as though it does a better job of weight loss in females than in males?
My problem areas seem to coincide with the problem areas targeted by yohimbine, though, i.e. glutes (not hips), upper and inner thighs and front of stomach.
OK, so I read all sorts of posts referring to BeeSting, Heat, Sculpt Fat Burning Gel, Duromine, T3 (even CYT3) and Anavar, but then decided to ask for your guidance.
I'd really like some help, please, and hope you can assist.
Given my lifestyle and specific requests, can you help me make a choice as to what product(s) to use?
Hope you can!
Kindest possible regards
Harry

- Reports regarding BeeSting seems old and I cannot even figure out if the stuff is still sold. It seems to be something worth looking at, though. Should I?
- Searches on "Heat" reveal various things - and I have no idea which one is the "real thing" mentioned in some posts (dated 2010, I think). Is there a specific version that is worth my money - or yours?
- Sculpt body Gel seems to have disappeared from the scene and all the hype seems to have blown over - or is it a good product worth investing in?
- Should I consider CYT3?
- Will Anavar on its own be just as good for me as any so-called weight loss product?
- And will Duromine on its own not simply do the trick?
I'd really like some help, please, and hope you can assist.
Given my lifestyle and specific requests, can you help me make a choice as to what product(s) to use?

Hi Admin!
Thank you for the response!
I was expecting the "diet is essential" bit
but because I am not training for anything, I decided to take a look at what "chemicals" can do about losing some excess fat while sticking to the same diet.
I tend to giggle at diet supplements stating that one should take the supplement but that one should also follow a strict diet AND exercise. If that is the case, what the heck's the benefit of spending money on a supplement if the (change in) diet and (newly taken up) exercise WILL cause weight loss anyway?
So, back to me wanting NO CHANGE in my eating habits. Many people have written about what effects supplements have had where no change in habits have taken place, and that's kinda what I'm after.
Thanks for the link to FFF.
I did a heck of a lot of reading in a link provided (long topic) and thought that it may well be worth a try - until I got to page 27, ( www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/2-anabo...een?start=650#193539 ) where you mentioned a change in the formulary. The effects of the product thereafter seems to have gone down a notch from Big Boy's response.
It really does/did seem to have a great effect on suppressing one's appetite, though. Can anybody comment on that, please? Does it still do that? Has anybody compared it to Duromine as far as an appetite suppressant goes?
I am also (slightly) concerned about the water loss caused by FFF and how that'll effect me on 5 hour training rides if I cannot refill water holders. It states in the product description that no muscle cramping took place, but I'm still unsure how its water expelling properties will/should/could affect my drinking habits on the bike and whether I must allow for more water to be taken in. Logic dictates that it should, but any views on that, please?
Also, does the diuretic effect cause one to lose minerals if one starts drinking TOO MUCH water, like when sweating on a bicycle, so that drinking pure water is not good enough but that one should consider some electrolyte / mineral replacement drink or at least take additional oral minerals? Has the mineral content of the pills been calculated to provide sufficient minerals for a pre-expected amount of water loss, but what about holidaying in a hot, humid place where one sweats a lot more - or plays rugby, or cycles - you get the point?
Because the product clearly states that NO other supplements (not minerals, vitamins etc) should be used with it, I am wary to even ask, and you'd also mentioned in a post, when asked, that the actual value/mass of specific ingredients is unknown, but what about supplementing 2.5mg of Yohimbine with the product and monitoring it, now that it seems that its fat burning is less effective (Big Boy's response to your question)?
Thanks, Admin. Looking forward to some responses.

I have used both old and new formulas as have my girlfriend.
It is still a verry effective product. I lost on it both times I tried it. My appetite is suppressed for 8hours no problem on FFF just have to remind myself to deink water and stay hydrated. The last batch I used was just easier to live with everyday heart rate was not so wild and ja side effects just less. I focus on fasted cardio when on Fat Burners and I push myself to get the most out of that session and the fat burner on the old FFF I got "naar" when pushing and my heart rate ran away from me at times. With the new formula it feels more natural like it works with me and with what I am doing. My girlfriend is verry stimulant sensitive and she handles the new formula better she still gets hyper and buzzy she still lost weight on it but she also had days where it still got to her.
If you want to lose weight or fat then this would be my first go to supplement as you do not want to use Ephedrine.

Thank you Rooi Bul 86!
Good detail on how you use it as it clearly illustrates my "issues" with side effects at elevated heart rates, especially when going anaerobic, as bodybuilders (probably) do more than us cyclists. I've been battling to find it online, but will keep trying.
I think I'm going to go for it thanks to your post.
I cannot get any new information on Sculpt Fat Burning Gel (strange word (gel), as it gets sprayed on?) since the original thread started by Sculpt Gel, but I think I'm also going to try and get hold of some of that after a while, depending on how FFF works, for my wife. She's picked up a lot of fatty deposits on het inner thighs, bum and stomach over the past 20 odd years and I'd like to see if Sculpt will assist with skin tightening, amongst the other benefits, once she's lost weight with FFF. Will do it as/once she takes a break from FFF - as we've been warned not to use together, though.
O! I should've mentioned - my wife's also going to do the FFF thing once we get hold of the stuff.
Thank you very much to all for helping me wrap my head around my "problem".
Cheers!

Forget about Sculpt gel, it was a shit product and people here only gave it a shot because it was pushed by a certain member and his minions. It never worked and soon disappeared. If you want to use Yohimbine then take it orally or as a subcutaneous injection. Topically it's a waste of time and money.

Thanks Admin.
I was wondering about the effectiveness but could not get any feedback on the www - which kinda effectively means that it did not work and that it had died some kind of still death, or what? I also noticed that the member was either inactive or no longer a member of the forum anyway.
If that's the case about the Sculpt Gel, then I think that I'd just stick to the Fat Furnace Fifteen and not even bother with Yohimbine, as FFF has Yohimbe (I gather, and not Yohimbine) in it anyway. I was looking for the "skin toning/firming" attributes.
I read somewhere that yohimbine (the "streamlined", active ingredient/alkaloid of the natural yohimbe, if I understand correctly) is the more effective of the two, and even though FFF clearly seems to have an extract made from the bark (read "the natural product"), it also clearly seems to work in FFF.
Thanks, again, Admin, for putting me onto this.
Let's see what happens, eh?
Kind regards
Harry

Hi Pyroclasm!
I based my remarks that Yohimbine ≠ Yohimbe on various scholarly articles found on the www, but found these to be short and to the point:

I know some people call the bark extract Yohimbe so I understand why you ask what you are. But trust me FFF contains proper Yohimbine and not unprocessed bark extract.
