That pink salt is Himalajan salt, supposedly contains minerals, regular Sodium Chloride is pretty much void of minerals these days.
I'm just asking about sodium cause I'm curious.
I'm not saying there is anything wrong with what you eat, but I've found the better I can count nutritional information the better my results are. So not necessarily eliminating everything that is "dirty", just accounting for it.

Thanks bud, trying to be as meticulious as possible when counting macros.
Will just keep at it.

Morning guys
I messed around a bit in gym yesterday and took some back. Finally looks like the back fat is coming off. The second image is 3 photos for dbl back bicep. Not the best quality but does kinda show the muscles moving and splitting at different times.

Epic traps Fakey, expecially lower development. Can I ask how you train them?

Thanks Furk
Um the closest I get to training them is leaning shrugs and Yates row. And some incline prone db flyes from time to time.
mini update:
Weight this morning is 88.3kg after this weekends skip loading. Think I'm starting to understand the process but it is a lot more in depth then I originally thought. Still have a few snags to work out with calories and such. Strength and energy is up and feeling good while training. Only complaint i have at the moment is the hunger, just want to eat the whole time. Anyone know of some natural appetite suppressant or something that helps with food cravings?

Hey guys
Been a while and I know I'm getting bad at logging lately. Just so busy but I'm keeping personal logs to track progress. Here are the last measurements I took.
27/09/2015
7 Point skin fold test:
C: 5-4-4
A: 6-7-7
T: 8-9-9
T: 5-5-5
B: 9-9-9
L: 5-5-5
U: 5-5-4
Lbm: 78.96kg
Fat Mass: 5.04kg
Body Fat %: 6.00
Weight: 84kg
Height: 176cm
Body fat still dropping slowly and stubborn water retention as certain places has started to clear up too. I think the added clen helped with that. LBM still seems to be on the decline. Now I'm not sure if this is maybe extra water weight i got rid of or pure muscle loss and if it is the latter I'm going to cry. So when i saw this last week i decided to add Hex. Low dose to be more anabolic and maybe add some lbm.
The time between refeeds/loading are closer together at the moment. Last weekend I started on Saturday night and carried on till Sunday night. By Thursday I was back at 84.3kg so Thursday night i loaded up again and the whole of Friday. Today Im feeling very full, it feels like my skin is very tight around my muscle. I went to gym just now for a bit of cardio and decided to do some weights. I did 6 sets for chest and 3 for triceps. After that my arms, chest and shoulders were so sore from the pumps i had a hard time training further. But this fascinated me how hard and full i was from the loading of carbs. Think im starting to understanding this especially when it comes to how my own body is responding to this. (side note - Var is also contributing to the pumps)
What else, vascularity is increasing day by day. Veins are popping back up over my obliques and lats. Legs are are also starting to show nice seperation and slight increase in vascularity on quads but a lot more on calves.
Yeah, that's me so far.

Awe bro keep it up! You can laugh at that pose if you want, but it shows you have a good V-taper.

Hey Guys long time
Well the last two weeks were horrible, I caught a bug and it fooked me up, completely man down. Some viral infection or so says the doc, actually think he didn't even know what was wrong. Any how I think I'm about 70-80% recovered. The last two weeks there was no diet or training so I have a lot of catching up to do so to speak.
Diet wise I'm thinking of adding carbs back in to help with recovery and energy levels.
So with that said I think my CKD run is over. This diet got me lean and semi dry but not what i expected but maybe the problem was the inconsistency here and there and the lack of cardio ( but normally i can get to 5_6% with any cardio. I also noticed that fat loss has changed on my body. I'm still sitting with a slight hump under my belly button but that will go come hell or high water.
Energy levels throughout this cut fluctuated a lot, like different times of the day. For example some days no energy, some days energy levels are good in the morning and other days energy levels were great in the afternoon but then again not in the morning.
Another thing i noticed was oily skin witch gave me some acne. But this to was up and down, for a week or two skin clears up and then goes bad again. This mostly was shoulders( more rear delts) and then back of triceps, also odd spots on lats and lower back. But maybe the increase in temp (summer) with increased sweating throughout the day made it worse.
Strength levels didn't really climb or drop. And the days strength dropped I think had more to do with energy levels then strength loss.
Overall I had Fun with this diet. I do think if I was a 100% strict results would have been better (not going to try fool myself here)
Anyhow guess that's it
