I hope you'll be able to help with this conundrum.
My wife and I recently (August) had a baby. So she gained weight. She's currently breast feeding the little one, but worried that the weight is going high. She's been at home for 3 months and started work yesterday.
Ok, not doing harm to the milk production as she was advised she can't really be on a diet while breast feeding.
What can you guys recommend she do?
Thanking you in advance.

Just keep her diet clean, no need to get anal about her food. No fatburners or chemicals pls.

She is also very good with controlling her portion sizes.
Best of luck bud, just try your best to support her and get her motivated/active.

But I do recall seeing somewhere or reading not too sure that breastfeeding is the bodies way to lose excess fat from pregnancy.
If I recall it was on that Nat geo show taboo?
Woman were breastfeeding well into the toddler years, 1. Because it burns an insane amount of calories and 2. Has apparent benefits on the childs future intelligence and development.
But this is a while back so can't be too sure if it's true or not.
@Oupa
5!???
And you still look how you look? And train and work?
I hope I can pull that off! :ohmy:
