My girl and I are both looking to lose a few kg's and we are looking at using fat burners.
I have used clen before and can say that its a great compound, my girlfriend however does not like it.
So what would you recommend?

She just doesn't like the clen jitters, ephedrine is fine, but no she's not sensitive to caffeine.
What can I use clen + yohimbe?
I know fat burners aren't necessary but I'm stuck with my diet?

Meal1: 25g Whey, 30g peanut butter
Meal2: 200g lean meat, 1 cup broccoli
Meal3: 200g lean meat, 1 cup broccoli
Meal4: 200g lean meat, 75g brown rice
Meal5: 50g whey (Post workout)
Meal6: 200g lean meat, 75g brown rice
Meal7: 25g Whey, 30g peanut butter
A rough estimate on the total:
250g protein from protein sources
115g carbs from carb sources
32.88g fat from fat sources
Total calories: 2140
I used to have olive oil with my two meat and broccoli meals but I removed it as an attempt to drop calories

Age: 25
Height: 189
Weight: 118
BF: Around 15%
I train 5-6 times a week, 4 of them are weight training, legs & calves, Chest & Triceps, Shoulders & Biceps, Back & abs.
Then I try to get in 2 morning sessions which consists of 20 min cardio and +- 40min complex training.
If I'm not mistaken my maintenance calories should be around 3800

The tiredness question got my attention... I tried eating a very calorie controlled diet a while back... for like a whole month and I never even lost one KG. Has tiredness got something to do with it? or is it a symptom of a different problem which makes weightloss harder?

Being tired means your body is under stress and stress is the Ebola of weight loss. Ofcourse there are a million variables as to why your body is stressed. For bodybuilders areas to focus on are:
- You are not getting enough quality sleep (you don't say..)
- You are sick
- Your environment is stressful e.g divorce, work, etc
- Your training is too intense for your calories, which runs parallel to..
- You are not eating enough calories to keep up with your training intensity
- You are not resting enough and this in particular taxes the CNS.
Before the pedant police go nuts, I know this list is small and there is something important you are thinking of. I can list another 50 reasons from the top of my head but this is just a short list.

Trarex the above post is meant for you. If your stats are true then you should be a monster and you cannot train the way you do and eat under your BMR. You are putting your body under mega stress which means all the exercise is counter-productive. Wha you should do is start at 500 calories under maintenance. Then if you are losing in the range of 0.5-1kg a week you know you are right.

Hope it gets better man! On the bright side exercising is great for stress and releases a ship-ton of endorphins, as long as you don't overdo it.

Sorry about the highjack...
I've been checking out some supps and stuff to help with cortisol management. My "symptoms" are pointing towards stress related high cortisol levels. I'm a software dev and our company worked on a "get it done ASAP" mentality for a long while... meaning long hours... and lots of pressure.
Going to phone the doc and get some blood tests done and see if I can get some help managing this. I'm depressed and moody and tired all the time.

Keto is more complicated than simply eating meat + omega oil. There is a sticky on the keto diet where I give some cool ideas on how to go about it. Read that, set up a new diet and get back to me.
For your wife, caffeine is the wonder supplement she is looking for.

So she should see great results from eca, if the ephedrine isn't too strong for her?

Get some bloods done, post it on the forum with all names blanked out and let MA and myself have a look at it.

And in another thread you said you should aim for 2g protein * kg bodyweight, so thats the 1st problem I can see with my diet.
