Farook i think you are refring to carb cycling, this is the practise of cycling say 1 high carb days versus 3 extremely low days, providing your body fat is low enough it alone could be used quite successfully but i myself would not recommend it.
combined with cardio the extreme hardness really come through, if you aked ant pro now if they relied on diet alone to get ripped the answer would be no every time!

What i am asking is the days leading to the show we reduce our carb intake to deplete glycogen stores, then for the next 3 days you up your carb intake which is supposed to give you a fuller harder look.
Ive done it for 4 years and honestly dont feel i got any benefit from it.I know several guys who dont do it with fantastic results.
So!!!!!! my question is does it really work ????

Sorry Ogre i should have also addressed your question,
I can only speak for myself from my own experience, as i have explained to you in a previous conversation that i am not a proponent of extreme carb depletion,IN 2006 my carb intake even increased leading up to the show and i still got progressively leaner and leaner, i was sliced diced and razor sharp and still displayed good fullness in all my muscle groups.
I think severe carb depetion is a bit old school, look some guys swear by it but not me.
In my opinion i feel you should let that go by the way side and adopt the other route especially as your attempts previously in your own opinion left alot to be desired. we will sit down and carefully go through exactly what you need to do, i know thta this year you will come in your best.
COOL, ANSWERED!
