Your Choice of Vegetable Greens and reason

I love to be able to mix up my diet every now and then just a bit, but my main goal is to get in the most beneficial food that I can. Your body is a machine and needs good fuel!
I have one meal where I have a choice of any Vegetable Greens, where I try to avoid the usual Broccoli and Green beans. So I have tried Asparagus (LOVED IT), Fresh Spinach leaves (feels like i am not eating anything, Brussel Sprouts(Liked it, not as much as Asparagus though), and going to try throw in some Baby Marrow today.
As far as my knowledge goes, Baby Marrows are very low in Calroies. And almost empty when it comes to Carbs, protein and Fat. Does not seem very beneficial to me.
My top Choice so far is Asparagus, read a few articles where they say it is a very useful tool to lean out nicely.
So whats your poison?

Thiamin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid

I love asparagus but it's not always the easiest stuff to find and often if it's out of season it can be really woody

PnP Towers has at R25 a bunch. I nagged them to bring it in and they import from Peru and it's a damn good price compared to Woolies R45. But be quick cause I am snapping them up
You don't get it by wishing, staring, or hoping. You don't get it easy. You get it by working your ass off every single day.

I have found my combo now. I have one meal just with green beans, one just with broccoli. And then one where I mix asparagus, brussel sprouts and baby marrows!

I'm a HUGE fan of my veggies. The more I can chow in a day the better. I have a huge bowel every day of raw veg [+ - 600g] consisting of: Braccoli Tender Stems [from Woolworths], Mange Tout's, Snapper Peas, green beans, sweet red or yellow peppers, baby corn, cucumbers, celery and organic rosa tomatoes. All 100% raw. This is over and above my normal veg or salad with meals.

I have always been told not to even really bother to count my 'raw Veggie' meal info my daily cal's. But you are on another level to me dude, cause I am not competing!
For me I'm obsessed about being as healthy as I can be while on cycle.. And even off cycle for that matter.
