Egg for protein was created by Gabber
Good day all

I want to find out which is the better option for using egg's as a protein suppl.
Does it make a deference if it is swallowed raw or when cooked?

The thing is I mix it with whey and take it as a shake, reason is if I have to cook it, it
will be a lot to get down.
A average meal in morning will be 160g white and 160g hole.

What do you guy's think?

It makes a huge difference to the protein's bioavailability if it is cooked. The difference is about 50% for raw vs 90% for cooked. Plus raw eggs contain lots of avidin which can cause of biotin deficiency. Cooking eggs destroys the avidin. Then there's the salmonella risk as well.

Cook your egg whites.
