Last week before competition and FFF

Just quick question.

Should i stop with this fatburner the last week before a competition? I have read that one needs to stop with fatburners that last week before you compete

Does this include FFF... i like it coz it does not hold water. YOur thoughts please.

There are ladies that use 3F pre contest and I don't think they stop before the comp. Maybe read through it and confirm.
