Not sure but once I dated this Hippy chick who told be to mix some with warm water and drink it as a detox...Really Bad ideaI I shat myself.

Lol Epson salt is to clean the blood. To pull last bit of water what you can try is the following.
Get into the hottest bath you can withstand....lay in it for about 15 mins then get out. Keep a mate or chick or whatever close by and as you sweat they must use a card to clear any water on the surface of your skin. One of the EFC fighters did this and he seemed to lose a fair amount. Repeat 3 or so times.

He is talking about bathing in it fellows LOL:
400g of Epsom salt in very hot water) for 20-30 minutes before bed. This is what European bodybuilders did to help shed water before diuretics became popular. (The salt and mega hot bat drastically increase perspiration.)

While living with my grandparents I was given oil the indian old school way of cleaning the tummy.
Empty tummy only black tea till the evening.
Worked like a bomb

I will be on stage tomorrow, and will take the bath with Epsom salt before I apply my tan tonight. The obvious vascularity from the heat will dissipate, but I will post an update on the water retention! :woohoo:

Had a 5 day holiday. No scripted diet, no gym and no cardio! Got back into the diet and gym on Tuesday! Going to go into this next show even leaner and dryer! Guess that means a bigger and longer Epsom Sal bath!
