BF% - 16
BMR = 66 + (13.7 X 81) + (5 X ht 178) - (6.8 X 25)
TDEE = 66 + 1109.7 + 890 - 170 X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) = 2902 calories

I would go 4 day split, 3-4x exercises for chest, quads, back and shoulders. 2-3 for biceps triceps and hamstrings. Do shoulders and biceps. Back and triceps, hams and quads. And chest and side delts. Alternate each session starting with abs or calves.

At least now you can concentrate on cardio and diet and lean down as you planned to.
