Losing those "Love Handles"

Hi guys!

Im battling to get the love handles to dissappear! Im currently on a high protein diet...lost a lot of weight but the love handles just stays there! Any one maybe know why? Something to do with my insulin? Or just some kak genes?

I lost about 40kg back in the day, had the same issues. I thought it was fat, but my surgeon informed me it was excess skin.

Hope yours is not, otherwise surgery is your only option.

Shit...I really hope thats not the case! I dont think so cause they got smaller but its still there! Haha

Ive read that your insulin levels may play a huge role in losing love handles...anyone maybe know something about that?

Your love handles forms part of visceral fat,because it came on first when u got fat around your belly it will be the last to go.. If its excess skin it will hang loose,if there's plumpyness then its fat,and if its fat well then you'll just have to diet until it goes away..if you can see all your abs then its skin,if not then u know
I had a big love handle on my left side,bigger than my right side lol,but now its nearly gone coz I can see my abs.. When I resume dieting it will go away completely at around 8% bf

Sucks that it wil be the last to go then!! Haha. I can see my first 2 blocks clearly and when I thighten my stomach I see the other two...I'll just incorporate some more cardio into my workout then! Thanks

Scroll down the page u will see my before 118kgs size 44inch waist pic. I am now a 32inch waist and in the next 30days I should scorch my love handles and get down to a 30. It is possible.

Now thats dedication!! It takes a shit load to lose that much!! You look great bud!!
