Digestive Enzymes ... Yay or Nay? was created by Flex
Hi guys
starting my prep for a show early this year! I have some Digestive enzymes I bought last year that I wanted to use for a bulking cycle. What are your opinions on them? Do they really help brake digest the carbs, fats and proteins more effectively so that your body can use the food you eat a bit better? Any experiences?

I have no scientific evidence, but I think that Probiotics are healthy indeed.

I have read quite a few mixed articles. Some say it is essentials for body-building to utilize their food properly. Other say it is not always good, because then your body gets dependant on the enzymes you drink. mmm....
