230g from protein
90g carbs
90g fats

91kgs- 27.5% BF gives you a lean mass of 66kgs, times that by 2.2g of protein for each kg of lean mass and you're at about 150g of protein

I'd say keep the protein high haha. Sorry Feathers but I'm a firm believer than when on a deficit that high protein will spare muscle loss.

ha ha no stress bud. but 100 grams over 2.2g per kg of lean mass seems over kill dont you think? i suppose using more protein and less carbs to hit your calories could work really well

so then i just edit that current diet to get me to the 2100 calories.
