Hi Everyone
I've been trolling the forum behind the scenes for a while now and have learnt one hell of alot. Thought that I'd might as well get some advice so here goes.
Stats: Age 22
Weight: 72kg
Height: 1.75m
BF%: 8-10% (ectomorph)
Years training: 2 years consistently
Diet:
Meal 1: 7:00am
100g raw oats
6 scrambled eggs
handful raisins
Meal 2: 11:00am
200g chicken breast
1cup broccoli
1 baked potato
Meal 3: 15:00
100g raw oats
6 scrambled eggs
17:30 workout
Post workout: 1 serving SSN anabolic muscle builder with 400ml milk
meal 4: 19:30
200g chicken breast

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

you need healthy fats.
the diet is solid though. Save the raisins for pre workout

You have too much fats and carbs together with the 6 whole eggs and Oats meals. Rather make it 2egg whole and 8 egg whites. Also bud no diet is worth anything unless it´s calorie controlled. You need to work out your BMR and RMR (daily calories) and construct your diet around that.

Thank you for the help, any suggestions on tuning the diet a bit? Since ive started my diet 2 weeks ago ive piced up about 2kg and I kinda still look the same level of "leanness", actually looks like abs are showing a bit more.
Must add that i usually didnt eat that much during the day maybe 2 meals of wich one was weetbix haha. aAnd now that im eating more i feel great in the gym. Got energy to really stick it good and go ashard as possible.

Why sarcasm? You said you are picking up 1kg a week and you are leaning out. What more do you want?
