Hi blikies
I am curious what is your RMI because I have smimiler stats and I am eating 2700 cal a day to lose body fat and its working my body weight is staying the same at 96 but my body fat is dropping . Maybe the expert's here can advise us cos I heard if u eat to little cal u will lose muscle so that's why I am only eating 300 to 500 less cal then my RMI to still build lean mass and drop body fat.
I would like to drop the body fat quicker and if I could drop the cal to lose quicker I would but not at the cost of loseing muscle.
Diet looks good thou to me with the foods you eating.

thanks for the reply man.yah im still working on my calorie intake but not a big fan of carbs as i put on water very quickly,i pick up muscle very quickly but struggle to get those abs exploding..
ja the leaner you get the more you can drop your calorie intake. DJ said on the forum that your calorie intake should never be less than your bmr..
but i gues if you get in enough protein you wont lose muscle tho.. depends on how your training also for your calorie intake.

Hy bud well I guess the best thing is to eat like that for a week or 2 and adjust from there, I think I wil also probley have to drop the cal a bit when I start getting to the 10 percent range , will have to see how it go's .
Good luck
