145bpm is intense for walking steady state cardio. I think KOE is referring to intense as in, intense walking.

Make like a granny.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Or am I missing it here? Didn't read the whole thread. Do you mean HIIT for cardio, or HIT for weights..?

Lol its for weights guys I said go intense in your weight training session. I def wont advise hiit for cardii whilst on keto.
145 bpm is not to bad its about 65%-75% of max hr which is the fat burning zone.
45 min weight training can def work if it is intense enough,Chapel its similar to how we trained back bud! Quick but intense

I know everyone says creatine without an in insulin spike is rendered useless. But in my opinion once creatine levels are saturated an insulin spike isn't completely necessary, (of course it is still beneficial) .. It takes time to saturate creatine levels so load it first.
I don't want to turn your thread into a debate because I'm sure a lot of people disagree with me. ;)
All I can say is, I've done many Keto diets and I noticed a difference with and without it.
Creatine is so cheap, get 500g and let me know if you notice a difference? :)

Started today! Also started the FST-7 program and did my very first FST-7 cable crossovers. Two virginities in one day = achievement unlocked? Dude everybody likes long walks on the beach! Did you learn NOTHING from online dating??? (To all the haters it´s just a joke!) I like long walks on the beach if they lead to sex on the beach. lol

I think I want to lose about 8kgs. Gonna disagree with you on the Creatine because the bio-availability is like 12% without an insulin spike. But noone´s debating. ;) lol

fuckit, im like the 130kg you....

Keto works best with DC style training or Dorian Yates style training. (Low volume and heavy heavy heavy weights)
With fasted LISS cardio in the morning.

This approach works for me, cool thing is you can manage to shed 10kg in like 6 weeks that way (well I have a lot to lose)

FST-7 type training was designed around a diet with lots of carbs and pre- intra- and postworkout drinks with lots of aminos, creatine and fast carbs...

Thing is I have read LOTS of opinions on keto and everyone sings a different tune with regards to the training style. Honestly don´t know what to believe anymore! Until I find an answer I am gonna go ahead with the FST-7 because it´s nice and intense and it makes me sweat a lot whichis what I need seeing as I don´t have a cardio session.

In essence, FST-7 style training on a keto diet is going to leave you PAP in week or 3...

Just use creatine EE or HCL on keto... I agree with MrFeathers statement on creatine above...
