Meal 2: 100% whey proteiene serving
Meal 3: Either chicken breast or a can tuna and a serving of brocolli
Meaal 4: 100% whey proteiene serving
Meal 5 (Pre workout): 2tspn coffee, with warm water to desolve and cold milk and a raw egg, serving of cheese
Meal 6: (post workout): Chicken/beef/tuna/sometimes pork with brocolli/spinach/salad with avo feta etc and one last whey serving.
My stats are a bit sht, im 125kg and 1.8something so not that good, I stopped training more than a year ago, I was 97kg but injured my shoulder and just stopped. I began training about 3 weeks ago, and the guys on the other forum helped me a bit with a training program so thats goooood.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated, or maybe a story on how you lost some weight?? Thnx guys

There's a pretty decent sticky in the dieting section by DJ which should help you get started. I based my diet on that info and have seen some pretty decent results. I've also asked the rest of the forum to crit my current diet. Perhaps you can mull mine over as an example.

Doesn't all that dairy make u bloat and gassy. I cut out all dairy from my diet and it was a huge difference. Not to jack ur thread but I started my cut on 107kilos and as at yesterday I'm 91kilos. I am however using very uncontraventional dieting techniques as a manner of experimentation and for shared learnings for everyone too. Its working very well though whether the weight loss is fat, muscle or a combo of both will continue to be hotly debated. I guess when I'm comfortable and post up my before and after we can see if this journey was worth it. At 125 kilos though I'm sure that this dieting strategy could suit u because someone at that weight should be primarily concerned about dropping weight even if it means sacrificing some muscle (don't flame me for this statement guys). I'm saying so because being so heavy poses its own health risks and health should be priority not muscle at this weight i.e. At this weight chances of diabetes, hypertension, stroke, ed, heartattack etc etc are all things that should be of main concern. Not how much muscle I have.Bok wrote: Ok so ive been doing a little research after the guys told me to go work out a diet so this is my first attempt looks like please let me know what you guys think??

Yeah sure bud no problemwith having your own opinion that is what a forum is all about. Look all diets MUST follow the calories in vs calories out method because that is just basic science 101 conservation of energy theory. Some people also think that there is not more to it than simply calories in vs calories, but I believe differently. I like to go deeper into it and experiment with macro-nutrients, as well as meal timing. This balance of macros will be different for each person because each person has different genetic make-up and therefore completely unique. Some people respond well to high carb diets while some bloat and swell up. Some people respond well to low carb diets, while others feel fatigued and depressed. Some people will lose fat even when exceeding their caloric allowance for the day, while others (like myself) function well with daily calories well below the daily requirement.
I.m.o Box's fat loss was greatly attributed to the fact that he had little carbs in his diet. His body obviously responds very well to this so that is why I advised him to stick to what he knows works. Keto diet is not for everyone though I agree with you there.
