Dont know if anyone has noticed but Woolworths is now stocking Free Range egg whites.
10 egg whites per bottle & R20 a bottle..... Flippin Bargain I think...
Large Free range eggs at woolies cost around 3.15 each if I remember correctly..
You will find them either in the Egg section or in the chicken section (for some absurd reason) so check both.

How much ml is it? Nulaid in Brackenfell sells 5kg for R125 if I remember correctly. 10 large egg whites is about 350g or so?

Yep that's right, and about 40ml per jumbo egg white.

Same here...I used to buy at Fruit and Veg at times, but the quality ain't good and sometimes there's a lot of bad eggs in the batch. The same with Watloo Meat World.

10 egg whites in the WW bottle is 315ml, still think its very convenient if you use a lot of egg whites, what dyou do with the yolks otherwise.?, but I best get down to brackenfell and check out Nulaid. thanks for that.
Still, taking into account all the learned comments here I feel that quality is always very important, and naturally comes at a higher price tag. Personally I always enjoy the flavour of organic/free range food over standard food and one can only hope it contains good stuff and will be more responsibly grown.

I live Southern Suburbs. So to drive to brackenfell is a mission time and fuel wise. R20? Plus the convenience? I'll do that.

Food lovers market in P-town. R50 for 60 large eggs. I get the occasional sick egg but its nothing really.

I see Woolies has had some good sales with the egg whites cos they've now dropped the quantity and upped the price.... Fukrs....
Im buying egg whites now from Dischem at R64 for 1litre... R1,95 an egg more or less.
It lasts longer at least.

Guys, dont the real benefit of free range lay in the better omegas in the yolks?
