After its cooked add some beef stock and water, makes a nice sauce.
Also helps to cook your veg then mix it in there.

How restrictive do you have to be with calories? ... I found a pretty dam yummy braai sauce, I put maybe a table spoon in with my steak or mince... What about spices? I used to use steak and chop spice when I cooked it, was decent, like prog said, make a mix of all your food, carbs, veg and mince, all in one big bowl haha

Try adding some tobasco. The smoked Chipotle one gives a nice flavor. Nando's sauces. Go look at ur spar by the spice section. They have the spar brand of curry pastes. Think there are 4 or 5 variants.
Not sure how strict ur diet is but try this:
Chop some onion and lightly brown in a pan with olive oil. Add some crushed garlic. Then add the Spar curry paste and mix with the onion and garlic, frying the paste for about a min or two to release the natural flavors. Then add ur mince and brown. To finish add some natural fat free yogurt and cook for another few min to thicken and create a nice sauce.

I'm on a strict diet at the moment so a drop of that weigh less gravy from hell will have to do for now. But thanks for the ideas for the future Gents.
