Hey Gent
well it's the first time I've used clen or yombi. I took 40mg of clen before fasted cardio this morning and 1 cap of yombi afterwards. My clen is oraltec and the yombi LP.
The thing is I've felt nothing at all, I haven't taken temp but I don't feel hot or have the shakes. I've just had an hour nap...
Don't panic I'm not going to take more until tomorrow but does that sound right?

Hey bud. Not everyone experiences sides.

My first time I was shaking like a leaf, my friend on the other hand didn't.

Have you measured your body temp for a week before any stimulants to get a baseline?

No I stupidly didn't, ill take my temp tomorrow morning before I take it and then later in the day again though.

Give it a couple of days before you draw any conclusions. I normally don't have any shakes in the first couple of days either. Take the Yohimbine before cardio.

You will feel the shakes and temp @ 80mcg

Take it first thing in the morning, 30+- minutes before you drink any other meds/pills/vits. Swallow down with a full glass of water, don't lie down withing 30+- minutes and don't eat within the same +- time.

Thats what i do and recommend to friends that used the same..

Has anyone ever had serious stomach cramps from either Yombi or Clen..?
I've had cramps all night and I'm not sure wich one to drop I think it's the clen, or is there something I can take to help with the cramps?

Ye I am on creatine, is that what's causing it? I didn't take any clen this morning the stomach cramps were to bad.

I thought you meant muscle cramps. Haven't heard of Clen causing stomach cramps.

No hectic stomach cramps. It might not even have been from either of them, who no's...

F no's mate, all I no is my stomach started rumbling about an hour after I took the Clen. And last night was hell.
My wife ate what I did and she's been fine.
Ill give it a week and try again.
