Liqui Fruit is probably one of the "safest" fruit juices you can drink, however it contains calories and those calories are what you trying to avoid while on a diet. Look at your 0 drinks, Coke, Sprite, Fanta Zero, which you can drink.
Sugar regardless that it's fructose isn't healthy on the body. Think of how many fruits it takes to make these drinks, www.tropicana.com/TRP_FAQ/Products.cfm , it takes 3-4 medium sized oranges to make a glass, you don't see people eating 4-8 oranges in a sitting, it isn't healthy.

mike123 wrote: yep I agree with the bloated thing which I get as well...The advert of sugar free is correct but they sweeten with caremal which kind of defeats the object...I think sprite is the only one that uses sweetners only to sweeten.

Na my normal board is 6'11, and i'm 6'3 so I use short board.. But use the off topic discussion thread

I love this stuff. The Lipton one. Tastes great and no sugar. A nice mix is mix about 70% 7 Up sugar free with about 30% Lipton ice tea.

I am not like some of the mercenaries here who can survive on water and water alone
I make litres of home made ice tea on the weekend. I employ the use of lemons to help flavour the bottle I am keen to vary with flavour.
