Okay, this might be a stupid question to some
But is it better to do one 40min cardio workout at night, or better to do one 20min in the morning and one 20 min at night?
The reason why i ask is, if i do one 40minute cardio workout, i see my life flashing before my eyes a few times :pinch:

Personally I think it might be even better splitting up the cardio 20 min AM, 20 min PM. If you think about it, wouldn't your heart rate be elevated twice a day, instead of only for one prolonged time?
So you are burning up calories during and after your AM cardio, and then later you ramp it up once again.

Completely agree with Santa, training twice a day helps speed up your metabolism!
