Eating the same off/on cycle was created by Bandit
Hi gents,

How many of you eat the same amount of meals/food off cycle as when on cycle?
Do some of you just keep your protein high?
What I'm trying to get at... Is its very expensive to maintain this eating habbit.
Surely you won't loose muscle as long as your protein in your ddiet is sufficient.

You will need to eat maintenance cals calculated from your lean body mass, anything less and your body will revert back faster(depending on if you went past your genetics)

Take money from your drinking/luxuries account, put in your grocery account. :P

You don't need to eat the highest quality gourmet, just ensure adequate protein, adequate calories for your maintenance, and avoid junk.

That a boy! :cheer: Just re-asses your activity level carefully when finding calories. Also look in the mirror and take things slowly. Obviously where you were on gear (bulking I presume) won't be the same caloric needs at maintaining while off it.

dedication is the key to success, you have to diet all the time to look like a champion, its up to you to put the effort in. Make the right decision ;)

My diet is pretty much the same on and off cycle, depending on what the cycle is. But I'm alot more strict during summer than winter.

MAX OUT your expectations of what is possible for you...you CAN handle the weight
