Alcohol lowers testosterone and raises estrogen, even if slightly. Also, alcohol counts as empty calories, you can't do anything with them. You also want to consider what you are drinking, a lot of alcoholic drinks contain loads of sugar. For the best calorie/ alcohol ratio go for tequila, whiskey or gin.

alcohol makes you fat! if you have a big meal before you drink (like most people do) your body metabolises the alcohol before it goes for the food. so when you go to bed all that food gets stored as fat

In my experience alcohol just screwes up everything. Believe me I was a heavy/binge drinker. It totally halts if not takes your progress backwards. All processes (fat burning, muscle building or whatever) gets slowed down. Once or twice a month, two drinks will probably not kill you, but it would be best to just avoid alcohol

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you

It is very difficult to avoid drinking when going out, especially if you were a drinker.
I have found it very difficult.
I don't mind a drink now and then, but if I'm on a cycle I don't drink at all, then its balls to walls!

2-3 drinks once a while isnt that bad(just dont release testosterone that day if you know what I mean ;) ) + if you on cycle theres less of a catabolic effect on the muscle. Iv dosed 40mg of tamoxifen on drinking days with 30mg of oral stanozolol and strength wasnt effected at all the next day- however its the sacrifice of using AAS when not on cycle that makes you wonder if its worth it
