The reason im asking is, I do 100mcg shot of ghrp6 directly post-workout and then after 30mins i have my post workout meal - this is 6 slices of bread with jam and also 60g of whey.
I want to know if I can add protein to this meal as it often leaves me still hungry and eating every 30mins or so there after...
Thanks

DJ wrote: Swop the 6 slices of bread and jam for chicken and 2 cups of rice and I bet u won't have the hunger issue, u are hungry as u don't have any solid protein in this meal.and I usually have guys have 30-50g fast acting protein post work out and 40-50g solid protein post that.
Okay will do thanks dj, but chicken and rice everyday is gonna kill me!
But I will definitely try that every second day or so. Thanks alot

Hey Gorilla, I'm sure it doesn't HAVE to be chicken and rice. As long as it is a solid protein. Fish, Steak, Chicken etc.....

Pff, tell me about it. I have tried being creative with gravy's, mushrooms, etc. But it is tough.
Been buying Low GI seeded rolls and load them with chicken. A very nice break from the usual.
10 or so Provitas with Tuna.
Durum wheat pasta with Denny's mushroom sauce + chicken/beef (This sauce is actually very low in "crap")
Running out of ideas!

problem being it takes the protein 1.5 hours to reach the intestine(or something) at which time what hasn't been absorbed is rendered useless...
look i don't know how true this is, ill post the link when i find it and you can judge for yourself...
