I like to scrape out the insides and make mashed sweet potato. Then I combine cinnamon and sweetener and sprinkle it generously. It's delicious but it gets old quickly.

Try roasting in the oven with some thyme rosemary salt and pepper or what i also do is coat the potato pieces in some dry mieliemiel (dry pap mixed with nutmeg salt pepper and other spices)) then roast with a little olive oil and it makes it very crunchy.
Hope it helps bud.

Problem solved...

Per serving:
Protein: 7.9g

Take the bun, put lettuce on it, two chicken fillets and a drop of Jalopeno sauce! Hmmmmm

Shot for the replies guys! Just something that pops to mind- if you cook whey protein then you basically kill the protein. I used to make these delicious protein muffins (and there's nuffin like a good muffin!) but then that ended cause you have to microwave it.

This is golden. I sometimes brush the potato wedges with olive oil and swap the freshly milled pepper for chilli flakes or peri peri.
You can make mashed potato too, I used to add cottage cheese and fresh pepper. awesome. you have to find a ratio of s.pot to cheese you like
