low sodium salt

Is there any real benefit in using it . I struggle with reducing salt intake just love salt on my food.
Last time I checked bp it was normal though.

low sodium means more chlorine, right?
what does it taste like?
I use low sodium soy sauce, I guess this is the same concept so I'm guessing there's a benefit if you're trying to keep sodium low in your diet.
