Never heard of it. Could it be Risotto? Because Risotto is sorta creamy rice and you can by that Ready-to-cook (Tastic).

First image that came to my mind when i read Cream of rice was rice boiled till soft thrown in a blender with some cream and fresh herbs like basil or parsley and blended till smooth.

ADD: thats just the first thing that popped into my head when i read this but i have no idea what cream of rice is.

Heres a pic. Looks tastey hey? I just hear guys like Hany Rambod bring up so I looked around but I can't seem to find any. I guess its like rice pudding but minus the sugar and whatever else.
