Hi guys

So as you know I am busy cutting down and looking to come in at around under 9 percent body fat. Been dieting down pretty decently by just manipulating calorie intake (without counting calories) and have dropped from around 15 to the 11.5 percent mark. However, I am under no delusion that to achieve my goals, I am going need to be extremely rigid in my dieting and this will mean that I will need to start counting calories.

Let me give you guys my stats

Age 27
Weight: 85
Height 1.81
Bf (would err on the side of caution and here and say 12%, however, i believe I am at least around the 11.5% mark)

Calculated BMR, factoring moderate daily activity to be around the 3120 calorie mark

Running a 20% deficit, total daily calorie intake at deficit of 20% = 2500 calories.

Will be running a carb cycling diet, keeping protein consistent at 280g, fats constant at 48g and will be manipulating carb intake on traning days.

High training days, carb intake will be 290g
Moderate days: 235
Low days: 175

Estimates based on the calculation that on moderate days ill be eating 1.25 of my bodyweight in carbs, with high days and low days adjusting the carb intake by 125% and 75% of 235g.

Over a seven day period ill have two high carb days, two medium carb days, and three low carb days.

Training time dependent, 25 percent of carb intake will be eaten upon waking up, 25% before training and 50% post workout.

I am on cycle, currently running testen 300@ 600mg/week for 10 weeks, weeks 2-12 anavar@60mg/day, Arimidex @o.25 eod and HCG@ 250IU twice a week. PCT = nolvadex and clomid

Guys any advice will be appreciated, for some reason, I am worried that my carb intake may be too high, although I know that one should focus more on overall calorie intake as opposed to macros in isolation. Also, do you think that the addition of either clen, t3 or a combination of the two will be necessary to get my goals in 12 weeks. I am not looking for fast results, i will rather negate these fat burners if my goals will be achievable in the desired time frame.

All feedback will be appreciated.

Hey man hows the cut going? Eager to hear some feedback of the carb cycling (I'll be trying that come the 4th, thanks for convincing me). Anyway, about the fat burners, what did you end up running? Cause you were plannig t3 and I've found t3 needs alot more consideration versus yohimbe (iron, protein, thyroid function, anabolics). Just curious man. Keep us updated.

I'm also curious on how this diet has worked for you? So your calorie intake varies each day if you say that the protein and fat will remain constant?

hi guys

Apologies for late reply on my progress. Its been a bit hectic for me to be honest. As many of you know, I herniated my L3 spinal disk and training has not been the same. To make things worse, I was informed by my gp that my white blood cell count is currently at 17.7, where a normal healthy person's should be at 5. he claims that my eosinophil count is elevated which means that I have either developed a severe reaction to something (he claims it could be my gear) or that I am hosting some form of parasite. Either ways, I have had a rough few weeks which comprised of night sweats, massive joint pain, and general malaise. i thought much of it was due to work stress and the herniated disk but it seems that there may be some more to it.

As for my body, well it is definitely not showing any signs of these issues. I increased bodyweight on this cycle, going up from 85kg to around the 87.7 mark whilst still losing bodyfat. I dont think I have hit the sub 10% yet but all my abs and obliques are visible, while I am starting to develop some nice vascularity in my pelvic area. Despite the training issues, I have stuck to my diet but have found that on certain days I was forced to miss a meal due to lack of appetite or just feeling outright sick. I will be introducing some clen and yohimbine this week and will still be running var for another 28 days at 60mg/day until pct as I had to limit my test cycle to 9 weeks as a result of the back injury.

Nonetheless, I will never do anything but a carb cycling diet in the future as it fits my goals to the tee.
