If it takes two weeks for your body to be in a state of ketosis, would you wait two weeks before doing your carb up day? Or from the first week?
Thanks

Will wait the full two weeks to be honest mate as off the cuff it will usually take your body around 4-5 days to reach a state of ketosis. therefore, if you have a carb-up day in the first week, you will be basically re-intorducing carbs at at time when your body is just becoming primed at utilising fats as its main source of energy.
How are you restructuring your refeed by the way? Are you going for a full-carb up day or are u limiting your refeed to a meal(s)

The carb up meal should not be planned relative to when ketosis is achieved, it must be planned when your body's metabolism has fully adapted to produce suffice ketones and using fat for fuel. If you carb up on your first week you will see the result won't be good (even counter-productive). Ketosis can actually be achieve in 2-3 days if you do things like: stop eating 6hours before sleeping, fasted cardio and intense lifting. But I'll say it again, that doen't mean you should carb up then.
