From my basic understanding of nutrition, my concern with this diet will be that you are fuelling your pre-workout but not getting the much needed insulin spike post workout to funnel nutrients to your muslces when they are most needed.

It essentially involves not taking in carbohydrates for a MINIMUM of 5 hours after a weight training session. Plenty of protein is encouraged in this time frame of course. The basis of thought being that weight training causes an increase in receptor sensitivity to insulin for some time after weight training. This is why the post workout drink (of course) is so popular. This promotes an elevated uptake of amino acids and other anabolic substrates by muscle tissue during this time frame. Now, aparrently, this time frame can be as long as 12 hours or so SO LONG as carbohydrates are not consumed. When carbs are consumed it will silence the insulin receptors within 20-40 minutes or so and you will losethe enhanced ability to extra-efficiently shuttle amino acids and other substrates into the muscle tissue. However, should you remain in a carbless state for some time following your workout you will retain this heightened ability to uptake nutrients into the muscle tissue.
Of course after this period is up you will need to sufficiently carb-up in order to fuel your muscles before your next exercise session.

So it makes sense, even if you have the carbs 10 hours post workout, insulin will be spiked and nutrients will be shuttled.
Keep us updated when you try this abc, ill be doing this in my bridge...

I then smash my carbs from 6pm till bed, anywhere between 300-700grams, depending on the session ive had and the session im having the next day.

If you train early in the morning like i do the principle for CPWO is allot like the carb backloading you do DC EVO
I was thinking of maybe starting out doing this on my cardio and rest days. I am still in 2 minds though. Read somewhere that it maybe is not the best thing to do with DC training which i want to start doing soon. I also just upped my protein and fat intake and want to see how my body reacts before making to many changes. Cant hurt to toss this in on cardio days though.............
