meal 1 carb + protien
meal 2 protien + fats

Too Yea Buddy; The Fitness Model Deal is just as disciplined as a Jacked Bodtbuilder.First things first, how long have you been in the game.AS Rookies really dont know what Potential,if any they have. All indeavers take a period of Internship,at least 2-years.People that are Genetically gifted in either the Fitness Model,or the competitive bodybuilder will know by the 2-year mark, even the 1-Year mark.If you have what it takes, people will approach you and say.Wow do you Workout??? If you dont Look the Part, then a Career in those areas is not going to happen, but you still can look really good and be really healthy. Best of luck johnny
