Start by assessing your carb tolerance...Start of with 150g per day for 2-4 weeks and see how that goes, then add carbs up to about 200g per day and see how that goes...Keep by that for 2-4 weeks and then up again, until you reach a good amount where you dont bloat etc...

If your worried about adding fat, have carbs at bfast, pre and postworkout only - Have veggies with the other meals...

What plan are you currently following, cos you cant go from say keto to 300g carbs daily all of a sudden...

This is why you need a guy like dj to do the work for you, dieting is not a cookie cutter approach, sounds corny coming from me, but its very true!

I do about 4000-5000 cals daily with 400g protein and 600g carbs...It may be too much, but I used to forcefeed myself to grow and nowadays I get hungry as hell if I dont have enough food....

Lets go!

@ABC: You are right bro thanx.

This is just a sample diet to get Vaano started. You have to start somewhere. Once he has used it and gives feedback we can tweet the diet again and taylor make it to his needs. You have to crawl before you can walk, you have to walk before you can run, and all that.

@Vaano: Use this diet for two weeks and see how it goes. If you feel like you have lank energy then it's working. If you see your stomach is starting to bloat then we will reduce the amount of carbs. Actually any of a thousand things could happen and you will need to give feedback.
We will start with having 6 meals a day for the first week. Then every week we will add another meal until you are at full strength.

Think there was a bit of a mis understanding from my side. What I meant by stealing the diet I ment only a few ideas from Chapels example diet that I think may benefit me. Hence the reason I said in my last post a few things were missing. I already know what is somewhat working for me still trying to get my diet perfect before I cycle again... :)

Love the buuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!

I'd rather die standing than live a life on my knees.

Hi bud! Its because there is nothing wrong with adding fats to Low GI carbs. The problem comes in when you have fats with high GI carbs that spike your insulin levels. You will see that in Chapel's diet he originally had PB with his first meal with oats and a banana.
