Pork is pretty lean if you take the fat off, its not like lamb with fat in the muscles.... :pinch:

I eat it every now and again, but it actually doesn't agree with me. I love it but hey. Lets rather not hijack the poor vegetable thread though. Move over to off-topic.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

If you are struggling to get veg in you could perhaps add it to lets say your basmati rice, its what I do. Cook the veg and rice together in the same pot. Saves on extra dishes to... Then at least you are getting in some veg.

Love the buuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!

Y not stuff your chicken breast with some roast veggies and onions or even boiled veggies. Take the breast slice a pocket in the side stuff it with some chopped onions, garlic , ginger and broccoli then use a toothpick to hold the stuffing in it then fry for3 TO 5 min a side add some chicken stock to the pan and cover with a lid and simmer for a further 10 min on a low heat keeps the chicken moist and has real nice flavour.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Stick it in the blender if you really can't stomach it. During winter, I do lots of liquidized veg soup. Otherwise, lentils mixed with tuna and black pepper is awesome.

But having been in a koshuis for a few years, I chow anything that moves. So I'll happily have a few servings of either broccoli, cauliflower or spinach a day.

Sauerkraut is also an easy and convenient option.

You know when and which veg tastes nice - The veggies I steam and it is the mixed veggies (those small pieces of carrots, corn, peas and green beans, they are divine) Here is my post workout meal

(Weight of food is when it's cooked)

150g chicken fillet
195g brown rice
100g mixed veggies
100g cottage cheese

The I mix it all up in one moerse bowl and eat that bitch up like a pig! You can add some macadamia nuts or whatever nuts you like to get some more fats in there!

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
