Afternoon gents, hope this thread finds you all well ? Seeing as we've had a noodle discussion i thought i would pose my question. There are so many kinds of rice on the market. What kind of rice (if any) do you use post workout (1 hour after my dextrose / whey shake) and why ?

Tastic white rice has a much higher glycaemic index than white basmati. Rather eat basmati if you are worried about gaining fat. Brown basmati is lower gi than regular brown rice.

Tastic's taste isn't that great, I love the taste of basmati so I always use that when dieting, that's only when DJ allows me carbs.

I just like basmati because it cooks like in 1/4 of the time compared to normal brown rice
