Adjusting Diet Calories was created by Flex Gang
Hey guys...

quick question...

Is it necessary / or required to adjust your diet as you progress?

Like i started my diet with the master DJ, then it was tweaked after a few weeks to lower the calories, so since then i have been folowing this diet all the time (with great results i might add).
(its monotonous, but i worry me niks)..

can i stick to this same calories? or must i adjust it.
Its currently bout 2100 cals

Thanks,

u can have results, or have excuses...u cant have both!!!!

It is yes, but if you have been working with him let him tweak it.

Just follow what DJ says, and to answer your question yes its necessary otherwise you'll slowly stop losing or growing at the same rate as you were earlier

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Sounds like whatever you're doing is working well so far. Look at the dieting 102 sticky as it basically covers your question in depth w.r.t. how to go about adjusting your calories from here on out

I usually just adjust my carbs and protein accordingly depending if I'm bulking or cutting

MAX OUT your expectations of what is possible for you...you CAN handle the weight
