So I'm in week 5 or 6 now of keto diet and the love handles are starting to go soft and jelly like. How do you start firming this area up now?

I understand that the skin will tighten up over time but is there any other tips out there to start tightening this area up quicker? I know it's going to get worse with the more fat I lose but man it feels shit.

Also noticed the area under the belly button is flattening out quicker than the sides. Why is that?

Everyone differs from losing weight in certain areas. Some yohimbine hcl can help you lost it faster

iMan is right, especially when it comes to love handles, YHCL loves them.

Lower back exercises. Helps for me - no scientific backing but i could see a difference.

Wrap clingwrap around your body when you train.

Go for a chilli wrap. They take capsicum and some other herbs, chop'em up and rub it in, then they moer your body with little karate chops, I heard bodybuilders use it before shows to help some site specific fatloss.

I would def say YHCL as it moves the receptors, beta or alpha can't remember was something like that.

Why dont you try reverzine?

Also train obliques harder, when they are bigger lovehandles should look smaller.

A2 receptor antagonist.. and that cling wrap shit is useless, makes you sweat that's about it.

JR which exercises? hypers?

But if you sweat more on a certin place, wont it help burn fat on that spot?

I would do supermans for lower back, weighted and going left and right not straight up.

Nope, unfortunately not. One of the many common myths which have unfortunately become quite popular. I did read a very interesting article/study that I must try hunt down that refers to what JR is talking about and apparently it worked, I am slightly skeptical though.

I do certainly notice that my lower back tightens up a lot when doing deads and hypers, of which I have done neither since being on cycle, and has a firmer feel.

look the best way to get rid of those love handles is yohimbine HCL like chapel said, combined with clenbuterol, combined with cardio and consistency and time, the longer you stick at it the better,it will take some time to go away but they will...some people loose quicker in some areas than others but it will all eventually go away.

Great thanks for the tips boys will throw in some hypers on back day. Won't be doing any oblique exercises as the last thing I want is a wider waist line, detracting from the wider illusion when my bodyfat is eventually where I want to be.

So time and consistency is a given. I want to understand the affect Yohimbe HcL has on the area. I'm guessing this is by site injections using reverzine and what causes the break down of fatty deposits I'm the targeted areas? Now if I had to start using it, its surely going to make the area softer and more jelly like as the fat will burn up quicker. Does it actually have skin tightening effect as well?

what's the rule of thumb on when to start using the clen and yohimbine? Certain bodyfat % target or what?

yhcl comes in tabs or injections, tabs are much easier and just as effective. It attacks what we call the stubborn fat cells, the alpha 2 receptors by blocking them as these basically prevent fat from breaking down in the area.

Works like a bomb, get the LP or Oraltec ones..
