You have the right idea but your quantities are a bit low.. Meal 6 needs carbs as it is post workout, add some peanut butter into meal 7.. If you are bulking (don't know if you are at 16%) meal 3 could do with more carbs and you could fit in another meal in, in place of meal 2s shake. Bit too much whey..
To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Wholefoods are harder to digest thus burning more calories, add in more oats in meal 1 and eggs or lean meat. or both.
Meal 1: Drop the whey add in oats and eggs/lean proteins
Meal 2: Add some nuts and avo
Meal 3: Add some veg/salad drop the rice
Meal 4: Drop the maltodextrin, add in oats and raisins
Meal 5: Is fine
Meal 6: Add some complex, low gi carbs
Meal 7: Add some peanut butter or nuts.
After a week or two on this i would start adding carbs in meal 3, if you gain fat, drop the carbs.
Your diet should be protein+fats+no carbs every meal, except pre-/post workout and breakfast.
Lets go!
