Hey all

Sorry for yesterdays MISTAKE

Can anybody help me with a good cycle
I was thinking of using EQUIPOISE(10ml),SUST(10ml) and testoviron(20ml)

Will that be a good one to start with

Im not sure bout my body fat but i think its a lot tho,my weight is 105KG and im 1.88m

I have been on some cycles
1.Depatrone about 40ml
2.mastron and tren but stop due to my GUMS bleeding

what you need to do is cut down first.

get your diet sorted and get your bf down to 10-12% before you cycle.
I would suggest getting DJ to do your diets.he is very good and does a lot of guys diets on this forum.from normal people to competitors.

with your diet get some clen,yohimbine,heat,fuck of fat...there are so many to choose from.

I like the clen + heat.
2weeks clen
2weeks heat
repeat...

So how many tabs to take on a day and when

And how do i ask DJ for a diet

No,didnt even know bout PCT then
The only brand i uses is EVOLVE en NOMADLAB
Should i also take PCT afer using clen and heat

:pinch: you need to get your hands on LP clen or oraltec clen.
Nomad labs are shit...get PGW for your injectables or axio.
No pct is required for clen and heat.

SO how many heat pills do i take(know they are RED)
and how many clen pills
When do i take them.
My gym session is in the mornings

Heat is between 1-4caps depending on your tolerance.
I dont know the concentration of that clen.but i would say between 40-60mcg for a start and work your way up.do not exceed 120mcg per day.
And do not use clen and heat together on the same day.

I strongly suggest that before you consider using anything at all, you do a bit of reading on here. You dont know the first thing about steroids or even stimulants, and i suspect your diet shows a similar lack of attention.

Not being mean, but you are just gonna screw yourself up and waste a lot of money if you carry on like this

I dont think you should be taking anything. Maybe read up first and decide on your goals, which will then determine your choice of compound. Dont take heat because its said to burn fat, look out for safer,healthier,better options before taking the first advice that comes your way.

Hennie boet, stay around on this forum and learn as much as possible first before thinking of doing a cycle. U prob thinking at this point "what does this doos know?" What i know is u dont know much about steroids. U need more knowledge before starting them.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
