1st cycle just concerned about the AI and PCT was created by RCKSTAR

Im 94 kg and been training for 2 years consistently

I want to run a 10 week cycle

500mg Test Cyp per week
30mg Dianabol (1st 4 weeks)
10 mg Kessar per day ( throughout the cycle)

clomid ( 2weeks after last shot of test)
900mg week 1
550mg week 2
350mg week 3

Will this suffice as a good PCT regime?

PCt will start 36 days after your last shot of test.
week 1-clomid @ 100mg for 7 days
wee2-6 Nolvadex @ 20mg a day
week2-6 hcg @ 500iu eod (10shots-1 hcg is needed

ai get adex or letro.
letro is cheaper but harsh on the system and takes a while to kick in.adex is more expensive but works quick and is not as harsh as letro.
Drop the nolva during cycle.use it only if you get gyno

As Vond said don't use the nolvadex throughout and don't use an ai unless you need it as it will hinder gaIns

How much gains does an ai actually hinder? I know it is impossible to puto it a value t but is it fractunal or significant?

You need estrogen for gains from what ive gathered, and too little estrogen will dry out your joints so you cant train as hard and get as strong. If your budget is tight go for letro @ 3-5 drops EOD, the nolva is also liver toxic so 10 weeks on that will be bad.

okay does this look better?

Make sure you get Adex, 500mg Test Cyp can make you hold water and can give you aromatisation issues, it's not the norm but I have seen quite a few guys on here posting that they have picked it up.
Better safe than sorry....
