New cycle and have no bloody clue was created by tank12

Hey guys need some advice:
Going back to gym after a long leave

I am about 8 kgs overweight.
weigh 90kg and am 5.9"

I have organised the following:

Tren - A75 - 75 mg/ml x10ml
Testpro 100 - 100mg/ml x 10
Anavar 10mg x 100 tabs
Proviron 25mg tabs

Kefie GH

I need some input what to take and when??

I was told 1 ml of each injection - 3 times a week
2 IU's a day of Kefie
and 3-4 anavar a day
Any advice please guys?

Yes, well have not taken anything for a few years. However baqck in the day I did take a bit but not a lot.

i would say get your diet sorted first and train for 3months just to get your muscles use to training again.If you use tren and prop now your strength will increase but your tendons and muscles are not use to it.you will overload your muscle and most likely injure yourself.

What did you run back in the day? I would get a leke diet and train till I reach a plateau if I were you then hop on the juice.

Eish, okay ja you could probably run that cycle but tren is kak harsh bro. I would go for NPP,test or EQ,test and good diet contact Dj for one, everyone has great results with his diets

@OP since you haven't trained for a while if you sort out your diet and follow a proper routine you'll probably end up gaining as much as you would if you were on cycle due to noob gains/muscle memory
