I have tried to do some research online but cant seem to find what I need,
so I thought I would come to the guys with the experience.
Started a new sport, roller derby, injured my knee because I was over weight, picked up more weight while knee was healing and now need to loose some serious KGs before I can skate again.
Did a cycle of Clen CYT3 with gym every day and lost a great 7kgs, which was awesome
now I feel I need to step thing up a bit
thinking od stacking Clen (not CYT3 because I cant get hold of it again) with eltroxin and Evox Hydro heat.
any comments, good idea, bad idea???

the t3 could have shredded some muscle instead of fat so half of that 7 kg could be muscle.
what is your diet like.
post your diet on here so we may crit it. give your stats like iman said.
If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Im 35 5ft6 and now weight 137 kgs ( started a 145kgs - yes I know hard to believe!!)
Im going to gym 7 days out of 8, I do some cardio, but because Im still too heavy for my poor old knees I weight training mostly, med wieght high repititions.
diet wise, I try get in a bowl of oats with honey if I have time before gym, other wise directly after, I pig out on green veg (broccoli, cabbage, spinach, celery) in the form of a soup I make in bulk through out the day, and snack on some fruit or small portions of almonds and goji berries.
So i am putting the work in but my metabolism and thyroid is fooked from my mis spent youth (drugging in my 20's) then years of binging as a recovering addict.
I now want my body back, I have also started doing roller derby and want to do some MMA too
The doc has prescribed me eltroxin, but apparently it takes a while to start working, and I have heard eltroxin and Clen work magic together.
I was wondering if throwing evox hydro heat into the mix will help or not really???
Tomorrow I start a five week cycle of clen, and a resonably challenging workout routine (which Ill be happy to post if you want to check it) and I am aiming to drop 10kgs by the end of this 5 week cycle.
Then a 2 week down cycle of no clen and different workout regime, then back onto the 5 week cycle
any advice and crits welcome...

this is why your metabolism is fucked, plain and simple, you are starving yourself! you need more protein in your diet, i would even go and say do a ketogenic diet, that way you can do cardio as it is light cycling or light walking... also you are over doing the training, 1 day off every 8 days is gonna force u into over training.

I was in the same boat as you, being very overweight.
You should firstly not rush into losing weight too fast as in the end you will end up just gaining it back. Losing weight is a lifestyle change. You can use weight lose aids but you started big very quick which means naturally you will struggle to lose weight as your body will then be looking for those stimulants. I hope i am making sense. And it will be heavy on your body and pocket to stay on these all the time.
Some suggestions I would give you that i found worked for me is to start your training session with your weight training as this will burn your glycogen stores in your body, then move onto doing your cardio workout, when your body will go into a fat burning state.
I would also suggest when doing cardio to cycle at a moderate speed for 2 mins the speed it up for 1min, doing that repeatedly, and you can do this on the tread mill and cross trainer. Basically on tread mill walk 2 mins and jog 1 min, repeatedly for the 28mins as you mentioned.
When using either T3 or T4 you must speak to you doc about cycling these and dosages as using too much or for 2 long you could end up shutting down your normal production and you might end up being reliant on these products for the rest of your life.
I would also suggest you incorporate alot of protein into your diet and use a good whey pretein shake for inbetween meals and after training. I like to add half water and half skim milk into the shakes to add some flavour. Speak to DJ or search the web for a good ketosis diet, not always easy to stick to but if you are motivated it will show you great results.
Best of luck.
