length and quantity??

Would it be better to say take deca 300 and sustanon 250 for 10weeks 1ml each per week or the same but 2ml of each per week for 5 weeks?

Depends on what ur looking for.
Have you taken before or not.??
If not then over 10 weeks is beter as ul see more lasting results,taken in 5 weeks ul gain a lot quickly and at the end ul most probably lose just as much,depends from person to person,guys who has cycled before will benefit more on say 500mg sus and 600mg deca,as ur body will demand more to yield the same results as before...!!!

The deca is just going to start working when you stop. I'd go 12 weeks or longer. If you want a shorter cycle do Test Prop/NPP. Works like a bomb. But once again, i REALLY started showing results at week 12.

so are you saying i should run say sustanon 250mg for 3 weeks then double to 500mg for the next week and so on and so forth?

Run it at constant doses least ten weeks.
Also get more test because you should run it longer than the deca.

Yes gains do slow as your cycle progresses, but increased catabolic levels don't seem to stop me from retaining my gains with good PCT, even after a long 16 weeker...

Please do not waste your money on 250mg Sust per week. You are barely replacing your endogenous test with that
